A Narnain-themed winter wonderland and a pop-up Christmas market will be held in Warrington at the end of the month. The town is hosting a Christmas weekend which is set to be a ‘festive extravaganza’ featuring local art, crafts, food and entertainment.
Taking place on Saturday November 25 and Sunday November 26, the weekend will see more than 70 market stalls set up along Bridge Street, Marketgate, Buttermarket Street and the Time Square Quarter with local artisans and producers selling an array of goods.
Shoppers can indulge themselves with delicious street food and freshly-baked treats, as well as doing a spot of Christmas shopping.
Queens Gardens will be transformed into a Narnia-themed winter wonderland with the return of the ‘At No.25 Christmas Installation’, created by local artists Erica Wilkinson and Lauren Muir, with support from Warrington and Vale Royal College students.
