The artist’s impressions give a further glimpse of how vacant land at Central Retail Park, close to Rochdale train station, could be transformed.
It comes as ‘regeneration specialist’ Capital and Centric launches a public consultation on its Neighbourhood Rochdale scheme.
As well as a mix of housing types - from one-bedroom apartments to large family homes - a food hall, outdoor pavillion, and cafe-bar are also being mooted for the development.
