Universal’s Decca has signed musical theatre performer Marish Wallace to a new global record deal. This follows the success of her independently released cover of ‘Tomorrow’ from the musical ‘Annie’, put out in aid of the Broadway Cares and Make A Difference Trust charities.“I am so THRILLED to be a part of the legacy of Decca Records”, says Wallace. “I keep pinching myself because this is just a dream come true.
My first album coming out during this turbulent time in history is a symbol of hope for all of us”.“At the beginning of lockdown the theatres were closed and I thought it was the end, but now I know it was just the beginning of something wonderful”, she goes on.
