Reports have suggested that things got "catty" between the pair during the semi-finals after Alesha made a comment about his Little Britain past.
Appearing on Britain's Got Talent, David was asked by hosts Ant and Dec about how different it was to be socially distanced from one another rather than sitting at one desk.
Ant McPartlin said: "David, last semi-final tonight. Now you four judges have been distanced all the way through the semi-finals. "That must make it really hard for you to gossip about acts in between the acts?" But David responded: "I've enjoyed it actually.
