The outlet says that the reality star was arrested by the police on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and also uttering communicative threats to his wife, Jenelle Evans, and her friends.
The 31-year-old Teen Mom alum was taken into the Columbus County Detention Center in Whiteville, North Carolina, on Friday, on the 12th of June.
In Touch Weekly was the first to reveal that he was released out of jail on bond. He now has a court date scheduled for the 6th of July.
On the 12th of June, Celebernation said that the reality star, Jenelle, invited two of her male friends over to her house to help her get all of her personal.
