The full-back came on as a late substitute for Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford as United picked up their first win in three with a 2-0 victory to give their top four hopes a much-needed boost.
Telles was making his first appearance since returning to fitness after testing positive for Covid-19, having represented Brazil during the international break.
And in making his way onto the pitch in the 80th minute, the 29-year-old brought up a major milestone with the 400th appearance of his career. Since making the move to Turkey, the defender has taken in spells at Inter Milan and Porto, before he earned his move to Old Trafford in 2020.
