David Robert Joseph Beckham OBE (born 2 May 1975) is an English former professional footballer, the current president of Inter Miami CF and co-owner of Salford City. He played for Manchester United, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Milan, LA Galaxy, Paris Saint-Germain and the England national team, for which he held the appearance record for an outfield player until 2016. David Beckham will beg for a knighthood in the new series of The Windsors. The much-loved Channel 4 sitcom is back for another series, and by the looks of things, it's not going to disappoint.

The new episodes will portrays the soccer star, 44, as a sex obsessed barbarian who attempts to manipulate Princess Anne into getting a knighthood.

As Anne tries to get Prince William to rush through the title, the entire plan backfires when it dawns on her that Becks is using her for one thing only.

The storyline mocks real-life events which occurred in relation to David and the Royal family. In 2017, the father-of-four allegedly raged in leaked email's about not being awarded a knighthood for all that he has done for the United Kingdom.
