Dave Matthews Band Cancels FireAid & MusiCares Appearances, Reason Why Revealed
justjared.comDave Matthews Band has sadly had to cancel some scheduled appearances that were going to take place this week.
The popular band, fronted by Dave Matthews, was supposed to take the stage at the FireAid concert on Thursday evening (January 30) to benefit the victims of the horrible Los Angeles fires.
The following day, they were going to participate in the MusiCares Persons Of The Year. However, the band took to social media on Wednesday (January 29) to reveal that they had to back out of both events.
The reason why was also revealed. Keep reading to find out more… “Due to a critical illness in the family, Dave Matthews is unfortunately unable to perform at the FireAid and MusiCares benefits this week,” the band wrote in a statement shared on Instagram.
