DANCING On Ice's Christopher Dean has suffered a nasty injury just days before the new series' live launch. The former Olympic champion and ITV show judge, 64, broke his pinky finger in an unfortunate accident.
Christopher shared a close up of his bandaged digit on Twitter and wrote: "Yes broken [grimacing face]." Skating pros rallied around him with Robin Johnstone writing: "Oh no ouch!!!
Feel better soon xo." While Yebin Mok said: "Oh no! Feel better soon! Xx." Christopher shed more light on the accident, joking he had been performing a fictional move called the Iron Lotus - made famous by ice skating comedy flick Blades of Glory - before adding he'd really just tripped over a suitcase.
