Dan, 28, posted the snap of his tattooed torso on his Instagram stories, and wrote: "I know I'm not anywhere near the shape I have been in before or want to be, but every session feels good! "All about how you feel, not always how you look".
His comments came despite his body looking slightly better than your average Joe's. The fitness trainer is currently on lockdown with his actress wife Jacqueline Jossa and their children.
