A dad-of-four was knifed to death shortly after enjoying his twin daughters' second birthday, a court heard. James Gibbons, was stabbed four times by a 16-year-old defendant just yards away from his home in Iris Mews in Laindon, Essex on May 2 this year, according to Essex Live.
