The Peaky Blinders have dealt a blow to the coastal town of Portsoy by pulling the plug on filming because of the coronavirus.

PEAKY Blinders and Line of Duty have stopped filming "until further notice" amid the coronavirus pandemic. While the Birmingham gangster show had not begun filming, production on BBC One cop drama Line of Duty began last month.

Two of the U.K.’s most popular scripted shows, “Peaky Blinders” and “Line of Duty,” have postponed production in light of the coronavirus outbreak.
