Charlotte Jordan announced she is leaving the show “to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities”. The 29-year-old has played Daisy in the ITV soap since 2020 and was seen winning a gong best dramatic performance at the British Soap Awards in 2023.
It comes after Colson Smith, who plays Craig Tinker, Sue Cleaver, who is famed for playing Eileen Grimshaw announced their departures earlier in the month.
Luca Toolan was seen bowing at as Mason Radcliffe in hard-hitting scenes, amid reports that Sue Devaney’s character Debbie Webster is also to be axed.
