The actress confirmed earlier this month that she will be bowing out of the ITV soap after four years in the role of Daisy Midgeley.
The star said in a statement at the time: "My time at Coronation Street is something I'll always cherish. "After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it's time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.
It’s been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much." Fans were left gutted by the news and have since been trying to work out how Daisy may eventually leave the cobbles, with the barmaid and Rovers Return co-owner stuck in a paternity riddle after founding out she is pregnant after sleeping with new love interest Kit Green and ex-fiancé Daniel Osbourne around the same time.
