A new pharmacy could soon be opening in a Lanarkshire town. However people living in the Hillhouse area of Hamilton are being asked if they feel they have adequate access to NHS pharmacy services before the application is made.
The proposal is being launched by David Tanner of Wellhall Pharmacy, who would like to open the service in the area on Hillhouse Road.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

Before an application can be made, regulations require that NHS Lanarkshire and Mr Tanner carry out a joint consultation to seek the views of local people on whether they feel they already have adequate access to NHS pharmacy services in the area and gauge the level of support for the proposal.
