Road works completed on busy stretch of Hamilton road
dailyrecord.co.ukWork on a significant nine-month infrastructure programme to upgrade a section of Meikle Earnock Road in Hamilton is now complete.The road opened on Thursday following a final inspection by South Lanarkshire Council’s Road department.
Local road users should continue to follow any local diversion measures in place until the road fully opens to traffic.A further two-week programme of resurfacing works is, however, expected to start from January 16, 2023, which will require further traffic management measures to ensure this work can be completed safely.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
