A new family-run restaurant has opened in Hamilton creating 18 jobs in the town centre.The Meatery opened for business last week at 9 Townhead Street, the former Mrs Millsey's premises, at the corner with Quarry Street.Billed as a brand new meat concept with a modern spin on classic dishes we all love, The Meatery has been opened by the Drummond family of Hamilton with a mouth-watering menu on offer that includes prime local steak, handmade burgers, vegetarian and gluten-free options.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
