Normal People has got viewers hooked since it began airing on BBC Three and the show has shot its stars, Daisy Edgar-Jones, 21, who plays Marianne Sheridan, and Paul Mescal, 24, who plays Connell Waldron to stardom.

Paul has also become a heartthrob following his emotional portrayal of Connell in the book adaption of Sally Rooney’s hit novel set in Ireland, which follows the relationship between Connell and Marianne.Throughout the show, Connell wears a silver chain that has become so iconic that it has its own dedicated account on Instagram.
