Stewarton to make sure no one goes hungry in the area.Stewarton Community Larder is to help people who are struggling to put food on the table in the town.Potter’s House Church in Stewarton will run the larder every Saturday from 10am to 12 noon.These are to help people on low incomes or recovering from crisis by offering dignity and choice in exchange for a small yearly membership fee.
Cutting food costs means people are better able to manage other debts and outgoings.The church have been providing food on a regular basis each Monday night to people in need through Fareshare and Neighbourly initiatives.
