COLEEN Rooney flew to Barbados yesterday as tensions rose over her Wagatha Christie legal battle. She left the UK with hubby Wayne and kids after rival Becky Vardy said their feud had driven her to near-suicide.
The claim was in papers submitted to the High Court as part of her libel case against Coleen, 34. Pals of both fear the row is placing untold pressure on them.
The Rooneys, wearing masks, flew out of Gatwick with Coleen’s mum Colette and dad Tony. Ex-England captain Wayne, 34, is said to have concerns over the fight with mum-of-five Becky, 38.
He wants to avoid the type of mud-slinging seen in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard case. Coleen has hired Depp’s lawyer David Sherborne to represent her.
