mirror.co.ukAmber Heard and Elon Musk were locked in a legal battle over her frozen embryos, it is claimed. In documents seen by the Mirror, Jennifer Howell – a pal of Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez and mum Paige – says the latter told her that billionaire Musk was suing the actress.
In the statement, Howell said: “Paige told me.... she was in a legal battle with him over the rights to embryos they had created together.
He wanted to destroy them, and Amber tried to keep them to have a baby.” Comparing Musk to Amber’s ex husband Johnny Depp, Howell said: “Paige told me that Johnny was either an angel or a saint compared to Elon.” Paige died in May and Howell made the claims in a US libel trial Depp has brought against Heard.
