Classic FM to host special Bonfire Night shows to keep terrified Scots pets calm

Classic FM will be hosting two special programmes for our four-legged friends during firework season. The radio station's Pet Classics show will return once again this year from 6pm until 10pm tonight and at the same time tomorrow.All of the music played during the programme will help pets, and their owners, stay calm and relaxed while thousands of fireworks are set off outside.

Bonfire Night can often be a stressful and traumatic time for Scots pets. The Scottish SPCA say that a bang from a firework can cause ‘extreme distress’ in dogs and cats.
