Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

The 74-year-old is shown laying back in bed topless, sporting his thick trademark moustache and thick wiry mullet. He can be seen gazing into the distance with a duvet cover draped across him from the waist down.

While holding a cigarette he also appears to be nibbling his knuckles in a seductive manner. One fan replied to the actor on Facebook and said: "If this doesn't shout '80s porno, then I don't know what does."
