Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is expected to delve into the transfer market again in January as he bids to bolster his side's title challenge.
Lampard's side went top of the Premier League following Saturday's win over Leeds - although they were replaced at the summit by Tottenham on Sunday after Jose Mourinho's side beat Arsenal.
Olivier Giroud continued his renaissance as he opened the scoring against Leeds, and Blues boss Lampard has been handed some advice over the forward's future.
Chelsea are also braced for interest in some of their other stars - and have been linked with one of the biggest names in Serie A.
