Timo Werner might have had a difficult night in front of goal against Leeds United, but the German refused to let that get him down.
Chelsea's summer signing from RB Leipzig was involved in a bizarre moment while the Blues were 1-0 down at Stamford Bridge, as he somehow diverted an effort that was seemingly bound for goal up and onto the crossbar from point blank range.
It was the type of miss that some players would take years to get over, but to the German's credit he kept plugging away and was denied on more occasions by Leeds' impressive young goalkeeper Illan Meslier.
In the event, the miss wasn't too damaging as Chelsea went on to win 3-1 and go to the top of the Premier League ahead of Tottenham and Liverpool's games on Sunday.
