Chelsea have been told they could end up going backwards after their summer transfer spree. That is the opinion of Jamie Carragher, who believes Frank Lampard has his work cut out getting the new crop to gel.

The Blues have spent over £200m on players this summer, including a club-record £72m on Kai Havertz. The German is joined by Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr and Hakim Ziyech.
