Chelsea left-back Ian Maatsen would be 'very keen' on the prospect of sealing a move to Manchester City. That is according to a report by Football Insider, which claims the youngster, who is a Netherlands Under-21 international, is in pursuit of more regular first-team football.
He has made just nine appearances in all competitions for Chelsea so far this season, failing to earn a single Premier League start.
After excelling on loan at Burnley last season, helping them clinch the Championship title in style, Maatsen returned to Stamford Bridge with the ambition of becoming a regular fixture in Mauricio Pochettino's plans.
However, he has struggled to nail down a place in the Argentine's immediate thinking.
