Tom Kerridge has revealed the "very simple" dish he likes to whip up at home, which requires only three ingredients in an air fryer.
Stressing that delicious meals don't always demand lots of hard work, the 51-year-old chef explained that one of his go-to homemade meals is simply new potatoes, chicken pieces, and broccoli.
When asked about what he typically has for dinner at home, Kerridge shared with Men’s Health Magazine: "There may be one evening a week that I'm back in time to do tea for my son." He added: "It's very simple, [so something like] new potatoes, some chicken pieces and broccoli that's been roasted in an air fryer." He said the importance of balance in his family’s diet, saying, "He can't just grow up all the time learning about Peruvian cuisine or the different cooking methods that you can do with coals." Each component of Tom’s meal is packed with health benefits suitable for inclusion in a well-rounded diet.
As reported by Good Food, cooking potatoes with their skin on preserves the fibre and crucial nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron, reports Gloucestershire Live.
