CHARLOTTE Dawson has revealed her fiancé Matt Sarsfield will take on her last name when they get married as a tribute to her dad Les.

Remembering her late father on what would have been his 90th birthday yesterday, the 28-year-old said the family wanted to "keep the name" going as a touching tribute to the famous comedian.

Taking to Instagram, mum-of-one Charlotte shared a snap of her adorable new born son Noah next to her dad Les' autobiography. "Happy heavenly birthday to my daddy and grandad Les to Noah," the reality star began the touching tribute to her father, who died aged 62 in 1993.

Charlotte continued: "Not just today is tough, every day is not having you here. Especially important things in my life happening, like having this.
