Celtic are facing a sweat as UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin has said titles across Europe will not be awarded early despite the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
Football is on pause right across the continent with most leagues postponing fixtures until at least the start of April. That includes the SPFL, with domestic fixtures in Scotland on hold indefinitely.
With mass postponements at such a key junction in the season, there has been plenty of discussion over how domestic seasons will be concluded.UEFA postponed Euro 2020 until 2021 and have set clubs a target of finishing up domestic competitions by June 30, and that proposal has been agreed to by the European leagues body.
