Odsonne Edouard tested positive for the virus in France while Ryan Christie has been ordered to self-isolate after being in contact with Stuart Armstrong, who has been infected.
The Parkhead club earlier declared their intention to seek talks with the Scottish Government over the process under which players are forced to quarantine.But a statement admits recalling players from their national team setups is governed by FIFA.It said: “The club will always do everything possible to protect the health and wellbeing of our players, but the release of players for international matches is governed by the FIFA regulations.”Earlier, Celtic joined Arsenal in requesting clarification over the self-isolation process.
