Thania Garcia Cardi B delivered an impassioned speech for Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally in Wisconsin on Friday. The Grammy-winning rapper appeared at the “When We Vote We Win” concert event in Milwaukee, following performances by GloRilla, MC Lyte, the Isley Brothers, Flo Milli and DJ Gemini Gilly. “Just like Kamala Harris, I too have been the underdog,” Cardi told the audience in Wisconsin. “I’ve been underestimated.
