Bruce Springsteen is breathing a sigh of relief after learning that drink driving charges against him have been dropped. Officials from the National Park Services had said that the 71-year-old singer was arrested at Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook, New Jersey, on November 14, 2020, and was cited for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and consuming alcohol in a closed area.
The singer was, however, fined $500 for the lesser offence of drinking alcohol in a national park and an extra $40 in court fees.
