The Prime Minister is expected to outline plans for foreign travel as well as make an announcement on vaccine passports on Monday (April 5).
The domestic "certification" could, eventually, lead to Brits being asked to show they have had the Covid-19 vaccine or have had a test to enter various venues including the pub.
