Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

British Soap Awards 2020 cancelled over coronavirus pandemic

THIS year's British Soap Awards has been cancelled. The Sun Online can reveal that bosses have taken the decision to rest the awards show amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In its place a special episode celebrating the best of soaps over the past 21 years will air narrated by Phillip Schofield. A spokesman told The Sun Online: "In light of the latest government health guidelines and in line with our priority of safeguarding the wellbeing of everyone involved in our programmes, production of The British Soap Awards will not go ahead as planned. "The awards ceremony will return in 2021. "In the meantime, a brand new 60" programme called The British Soap Awards Celebrates 21 Years will air this Spring, narrated by Phillip Schofield.".
