British Airways has announced that its popular Flying with Confidence course will be going online for the first time. The course aims to help nervous flyers overcome their fears by shedding light on some of their biggest questions.
Sessions will include details on how aircrafts fly, why turbulence isn't dangerous, and even simple breathing techniques you can do in-flight to manage anxiety.
This year's event will also specifically address the health and safety measures British Airways is taking during the coronavirus pandemic.
The airline has been hosting the events for years. It estimates that approximately 25% of people have at least some fear of flying, while 1 in 10 people have a phobia of flying.
