Boy George has listed his north London mansion up for sale for a whopping £17million. The 61 year old has lived at the Italian-inspired Hampstead mansion for nearly 40 years, having bought the incredible space back in the mid-1980s.
The incredible space underwent a three-year renovation, which started with the singer embroiled in a battle with Camden Council to get planning permission to extend the property.
During the renovations, Boy George stayed in a flat in Soho. Approximately 11 years ago, OK! was invited to his characterful Gothic abode in the capital.
Resplendent with colourful paintings, religious artefacts and quirky memorabilia – including a cast of David Bowie’s face – it was every bit as flamboyant as his 80s pop star persona.
