It was being followed by officers from Cheshire Police at the time.The 16-year-old driver and male passenger were taken to hospital from the scene with serious injuries.The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) - which is investigating the incident - has now confirmed that the driver has died.He passed away in hospital on Saturday, a spokesperson said.An IOPC spokesperson said: “We have begun an investigation after a 16-year-old boy died in a collision following a pursuit involving Cheshire Police on Friday 13 November.“We understand that at around 4am a Toyota car lost control and hit a wall in Hall Moss Lane, Bramhall, Stockport.
