Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

It's looking 'likely' that Prince Harry will have a heart-to-heart with King Charles III next week as he makes his way back on to British soil.

Royal insiders are buzzing with the news that the Duke of Sussex is set to jet off from sunny California to London for a very special occasion.

Harry's flying in to honour the Invictus Games' 10th anniversary at a service in St Paul's Cathedral on May 8, a cause close to his heart since its inception in 2014.Touching down in London on Tuesday, Harry's planning a brief three-day stay and is expected to check into a hotel following his Frogmore Cottage exit last June.The trip marks his second UK visit this year, straight from his February fly-by to spend time with King Charles just after the world learned of the monarch's cancer diagnosis.

Sources have revealed that the father and son are eager for a reunion, with King Charles reportedly carving out time in his packed schedule for a catch-up.They said: "Harry has kept in regular contact with his father on several occasions and made no secret of his desire to see him when he can.
