The Times says aides have confirmed that the Prime Minister had food poisoning when he was being interviewed on the ITV breakfast show last week.
As reported by WalesOnline, Mr Johnson had to change clothes before the live interview. He also reportedly had a secret signal in case he needed to end the chat early.
Susanna Reid challenged the PM, who was appearing on the show for the first time in five years, about the cost of living crisis.
