Body of man recovered from Peak District quarry after extensive search operation

Emergency services were called to Victory Quarry in the Dove Holes area of Derbyshire on Sunday night (18 July), to reports of a male missing in the water.

It was reported that the man had been seen in difficulty in the quarry before a 999 call was made shortly before 7pm.
