California has been urging as many people to stay at home and social distance under their Safer At Home policy amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
It's also advised people stay six feet away from people they don't live with, The New York Times reported. However, in the clip, Chyna's tattooed foot was being scrubbed by a beautician.
Her other foot was placed in a foot spa during the treatment. The beautician wasn't wearing any gloves in the clip while she carried out the pedicure.
