BBC unveils digital Glastonbury lineup, but fans question why some favourites are missing

metro.co.ukGlastonbury that is set to take place this weekend. Glastonbury’s 2020 festival was due to take place from Thursday (25 June) but organisers decided to cancel, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Lockdown restrictions and the uncertainty over whether the festival could still go ahead saw bosses scrap their plans for what would have been Glastonbury’s 50th anniversary.
Instead, the BBC is airing The Glastonbury Experience on iPlayer and from Thursday through to Monday, festival fans can watch back some of the iconic sets that have taken place over the years.
