A spoof sex video featuring BBC correspondent Emma Vardy has been taken down from social media. The BBC Ireland journalist was reportedly instructed by her bosses to remove the raunchy fundraising clip because it was 'inappropriate'.

Emma, 39, was taking part in a home video collaboration that aimed to raise money for NHS frontline workers. Organised by her boyfriend's football team, the fundraising effort hoped to contribute to the NHS Charities Together's Covid-19 appeal.

In one segment, the clip cut to a shot of Emma in bed with her boyfriend, Aaron Adams, on top of her. In the video, which was set to Queen's famous anthem I Want To Break Free, Emma then sang the words 'I want to be free' from beneath her partner.
