BBC Breakfast viewers have ripped into Naga Munchetty's "painful and pointless" interview on Thursday's episode. The 47-year-old journalist spoke to Lisa Seymour who is hoping to get more women cab drivers on London roads.
Naga and co-host Charlie Stayt spoke to Lisa who is helping other women pass the knowledge test for free. Naga pointed out that the job has traditionally been for men before introducing Lisa and one of her students in South London.
The Knowledge was introduced as a requirement for taxi drivers in 1865 - as taxis can be hailed in the street and asked to go anywhere, taxi drivers must have a thorough knowledge of London.
But unfortunately the segment was plagued by a string of technical gaffes. "Why do you want more women to take up cab driving and why do you think so few do so at the moment?" But Lisa was unable to hear the BBC Breakfast presenters back in the studio.
