BBC Breakfast presenters Jon Kay and Sally Nugent were left concerned for the show's resident weather presenter Carol Kirkwood, as they appeared to 'lose' her on camera.Jon and Sally were presenting the iconic morning programme from the red sofa, while Carol headed out on location to the Chelsea Flower Show - but it didn't quite go to plan. After a segment on the bloom-filled event from a roving reporter, Sally commented: "There are a few moments, aren't there, when we feel like maybe life is getting back to normal?
