Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick says Thiago Alcantara wants to experience life in a new league amid ongoing links to Liverpool.
The 29-year-old has one year left on his current deal at the German champions, and came on as a late substitute in Saturday evening's DFB-Pokal final victory over Bayer Leverkusen in Berlin, which Bayern won 4-2.
Thiago is also set to be involved in the latter stages of the Champions League when they get under way in Portugal next month, but he has seemingly made it clear to figures that the club that he would like to experience a new challenge at this stage of his career.
