Liverpool are seen as his most likely destination with some reports suggesting the player has agreed personal terms with the Reds.
Bayern are seeking €40m (£36.2m) for Thiago, whom they signed from Barcelona seven years ago. Liverpool though, who have become known for their shrewd recruitment in recent years, do not want to pay more than €20m (£18.1m) according to Sport Bild.
