Arsene Wenger has been impressed with the way Mikel Arteta has taken control of his Arsenal side following his arrival at the Emirates in December.
The Spaniard is the club's second permanent manager since the Frenchman bought his lengthy tenure to an end. Arteta, who left his role as Manchester City No 2 to take the job, took over a club languishing in midtable.
But he has since won the FA Cup and Community Shield while embedding his blueprint. And Wenger, while applying some perspective, has praised Arteta's start, "[Arteta] got the grip back on the team.
