Arsenal and Manchester United may be left feeling the affects after Lille were handed Financial Fair Play sanctions.The two Premier League giants have both been linked with Lille star Gabriel Magalhaes this summer, but it may not be easy now to secure a signing.UEFA’s Club Financial Control Body Investigatory Chamber has ruled that Lille have been in breach of FFP regulations.They also confirmed that the Ligue 1 outfit have reached an agreement with governing body which sees them balance their books over the next four seasons.Lille have some strict rulings though with the club ordered to not not post losses of more than €20m at the end of the 2021 financial year and then €10m the year after that.They must then be fully compliant with rules.
